Qualifying Reservations. A "Qualifying Reservation" is a reservation with a total pre-tax, pre-resort-fee value of
no less than four hundred dollars ($400), made via
direct booking (booked directly through a Participating Property's own website, front desk, or reservations phone
line — bookings made through third-party travel sites, including but not limited to Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, or

Gift Card quantity is limited. A Gift Card is not guaranteed until you (1) book a Qualifying Reservation and (2)
receive written confirmation from PCALA that you will receive a Gift Card. You may not receive a Gift Card if the
supply is exhausted before your confirmation is issued. PCALA and Participating Properties reserve the right to
decline award of a Gift Card for any reason, at their sole discretion.
Limit: one (1) Gift Card per reservation, and two (2) Gift Cards per person for the duration of
this promotion (September 1, 2026 through
April 30, 2027). "Person" is defined as the named guest on the
reservation, verified by name and email on file with PCALA and the Participating Property. Utah residents are not
eligible for this promotion.
PCALA, not Delta Air Lines, is administering this promotion and is solely responsible for fulfillment of the
promotion and Gift Cards. Delta Air Lines is not a sponsor of this promotion and has not endorsed, approved, or
reviewed these Terms and Conditions.
